Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fleetza Private Limited provides an option for refund within 30 days from the date of booking. You may not request a refund after this period expires.

Cancellation Terms

24 hours or more before the reserved pickup/departure, no fee will be charged – The amount paid at booking time is refundable.

No refund for cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time or departure.

Refund Processing

Refunds are approved and processed within 7 business days from issuance.

Payments made in cash will be refunded by cheque.

For online or card payments, we will refund the amount paid back to the same payment method used originally.
